Frozen cargo (cargo that is acceptable as long as it does not melt) 3. Partial cargo (around 0°C) 4. Refrigerated cargo (below 10°C) 5. Ambient cargo (approximately 15°C to 25°C: e.g., rice, bento, side dishes) 6. Ambient cargo (any temperature is acceptable) Generally, since the transportation vehicles for the food service industry are refrigerated trucks, I believe that categories 4 and 6 above are transported without issues. However, it is also true that as the completeness of the system has increased, exceptions have become less accepted. One example of this is the size restrictions for refrigerated delivery. Traditionally, packages that slightly exceeded size or weight limits could still be transported, but recently, it seems that this is being strictly enforced. When the size or weight cannot be transported via refrigerated delivery, what should be done specifically? Two possible methods are as follows: 1. Change the quantity to reduce the size or weight of the cargo and still use refrigerated delivery. 2.
